Vintage 1930s 1940s French Brown Felt Hat Forage Side Cap Pom Pom Fur Trim jumper Has been carefully hand washedAn amusing vintage late 1930s or 1940s French sidecap or forage cap style hat from 'Andree' of Lyon. Made from dark brown felt, with ribbing at the front created by Trapunto or quilt stitching, a pointed shape at the back to fit the head, & decorated with 2 fur pompoms on a knotted felt stalk.
