The design is based on the tale of Sleeping Beauty, featuring the knight's horse and the forest of thorns. This art is printed on Japanese washi paper, which is a beautiful, high quality, tear resistant paper. It has lovely deckled edges which you can see from the photographs. The paper is smooth but you can see a light texture of the fibres
