Les Corvées 2022 Greece brisk finishLes Corves is the parcel Jean Franois Ganevat made famous, and Domaine Ratte farm a share of it biodynamically. Michel Henri and Franoise Ratte spent twenty six years sending their fruit to the Arbois cooperative before they began bottling for themselves in 2015, and their son Quentin now works alongside them. This is Trousseau from old vines on that site, a grape whose pale colour misleads people into expecting something slight. It is not slight.
