Parcels located on the lower terraced lands of the Gigondas Appellation. GRAPE VARIETY : Grenache 80 %, Mourvdre 20 %. AGE OF THE VINES : 40 years old, on average, Grenache (1964) Mourvdre (1977). VINIFICATION : Blended after vatting. Fermentation of about 5 weeks in concrete vats. MATURING : about 12 months in oak barrels. Bottled without any fining or filtration.
