The dress is a vibrant bright green and the tie sash belt is green on one side with stripes of red, blue, purple and white on the back. The dress features small shoulder pads, lightly puffed sleeves and large cuffs with 4 buttons each. The dress has a zipper down the back and is tagged size 14.
