It has some stretch and I was able to pull them up with no major issues but closing the zipper in the back was a little challenging

Suggested to size up in this piece model has a smaller waist and could hardly close the medium would have sized up to large but only had medium on hand to shoot If your midsection is a problem area for you keep this in mind and size up accordingly possibly once or twice to be on the safe side
