Hafod Sparkling Wine you’re rewarded with a pleasurableHafod (pronounced Havod) is Welsh for summer pasture. Handmade by Sam and Rachel Holden on their Organic dairy farm in Bwlchwernen Fawr, Hafod is traditionally made with Organic Ayrshire milk, rich in butterfat, and its this unique combination that gives Hafod its golden colour and rich, buttery, earthy flavours with a signature tang. This pairs very well with Boutinot Cotes du Rhone Les Coteaux. The wine's spicy red fruit and smooth tannins perfectly
