Château de Pibarnon Bandol Rosé All Made entirely from old-vine GamayConfident and powerful salmon pink Provence rose bled from the red. Strawberry, redcurrant, pink grapefruit, beautiful garrigue with a serious saline attitude. Grown at 300m in a natural amphitheatre protecting the fruit from the Mistral winds, we see why Pibarnon exudes elegance and finesse. The blue marl soil is pretty unique too; chalky blue, microfossil heavy and with a low pH and high water retention. Seems like a damn good package.
